Practical help
There are no excuses. The Bible calls us to conduct ourselves in accordance with who God is, not in accordance with who we are, or better put, who we think we are -- in reality, those who have accepted Christ are new creatures in Him. Nor does it call us to mold our behavior to fit our surroundings, people or circumstances. Paul expected the Philippians to keep up their end of the deal, to continue "working out their salvation" (3:12) regardless of whether he was around to see it or not. Be assured that your circumstances don't change who you are as a child of God. If you feel like the temptation is too great, or your unsatisfied longing is too hard to endure, so that the porn addiction is something you can't control, then start thinking otherwise.
