Christians, including us
porn strugglers, already know that salvation is by
grace, not works.
But it's always good to see that
doctrine proclaimed again, which is what verses 1-3
above do.
These verses state that wisdom
salvation's close kin is also offered
free of charge. All we sinners need to do is pull up a
chair and eat and drink it's benefits as guests of
wisdom herself.
So enough whining over how hard
it is to plan an escape from smut.
The hard thinking's been
accomplished by the God of wisdom, who now graciously
shares every strategy we need to evade porn, free of
charge.
His strategies are in the Bible.
All we need to do is pull up a chair and read
it.
