But when the day was now breaking, Jesus stood on the beach; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. Questions 1. This story takes place after Jesus was crucified and came back from the dead. Why is Peter fishing?   2. How do you think Peter and the others felt after catching nothing all night?   Practical help Peter failed Jesus when he denied him three times before the crucifixion (John 18:25-28).
