Airbrushed bodies, rapacious sexuality and superhuman feats have little — if anything — to do with everyday experience. But by viewing such things, we sometimes expect real life to align with our sexual fantasy world, envying the sinful characters and adventures we see. Of course, we and the ones we love suffer the most for our unrealistic expectations. To avoid this problem, write down some ways you envy the pornographic actions and actors you have seen. Ask God to replace these desires with awe for His character, the fear of the LORD.
