What would the opposite look like?   Practical help One of the least-used methods for fighting the urge to view pornography comes from holding a proper view of yourself. Believers have been bought by Christ to serve him with renewed hearts. In Ephesians 2:5, Paul reminds us that God “made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.” Your identity has been changed from sinful to righteous. In short, God has enlivened “your very self.” So the next time the world offers you its pornographic "delights," remember who you are — a righteous child of God.
