Is it likely that Paul was referring to sexual misdeeds when he wrote about "deeds of darkness"?   2. Is it likely that what he meant was, "If you're refraining from such deeds, don't start doing them, but if you're participating in them, stop!"?   3. He envisions you not only refraining from dark deeds but being a light bulb, exposing darkness by the bright light of your lifestyle. Because it is a dark deed, your involvement in pornography short-circuits this opportunity. It is unprofitable. It won't take you where you want to go in life. There is something more than seeking fulfillment in front of a computer screen. Real fulfillment is being a change agent for the Lord, shining brightly for Him. First step? Walk away from the dark into the light!
