Question Is it hard for you to accept help with your porn struggle?   Practical help It takes humility not only to request help but to receive it. Sometimes accepting help embarrassingly calls attention all the more to the poverty of power that made us seek assistance in the first place. We'd rather the help simply make the need go away. So it is with accepting God's help when we resist porn. His power and grace are sufficient and available afresh whenever we need them. But it's humbling to know that we'll never get to the point when can trump smut without generous supplies of both. The above passage has good news for porn strugglers: God will help you.
