3. being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Practical help
How is your walk? Are you a prisoner to porn or a prisoner to the
Lord? It seems that the option to be our own person is an illusion. We are either
submitting to God and following His instructions, or we are trapped in destructive
behavior. Don't be deceived that your choices lack effect.
