Practical help
The Scriptures use many different words to describe the greatness and majesty of God. It’s a stretch for us to even begin to comprehend just how infinitely great He is. His greatness will always out measure our present concept of what greatness is!
In light of this truth about God, the only correct attitude we can have before Him is one of humility — and maybe even a little healthy fear. Yet, these verses also encourage us to have confidence in our freedom to draw near to God now because we are in Christ. We could never draw near to God any other way.
Take your burden to Him, even the weight you feel because of a porn struggle. Be assured of His love and concern for you as an individual. Jesus’ invitation for you is to cast it all on Him because He is strong and He cares for you.
