Practical help
If you are a Christian, the fact is that Jesus has already come to make His home in your heart. He's there to stay. He's not leaving. You have no better friend or constant companion. You are not alone in your fight against the pull of smut in your life. Jesus is present with you - He is IN you at this very moment. He knows your struggle and His strength is what you need to face the temptation right now and all day long.
Take action now by directing your attention to Jesus! Direct your gaze to your faithful Friend and Companion. Speak with Him about the pull of porn on your thoughts. His presence with you is what brings victory today and hope for the days to come.
