Practical help
Pride is the problem. Pride keeps us distant from God in personal struggles
with sin. Pride keeps us from admitting that we can't resist the pull of
porn on our own. Pride wants to gain the victory on its own terms. It needs
to bite the dust!
The strength of Christ is given to those who have a humble heart. They also
have His ear and He gives them their desire. The pull of porn can't match up
to the humble heart strengthened in Christ. The proud heart is puny. The
Humble heart is strong in Jesus!
Humble yourself before the Lord Jesus. Tell Him the truth. Recognize your
absolute need for Him. Let go of your pride and take hold of Jesus. Be a
strength receiver, standing strong in His might against web porn today.
