What does the psalmist, David, mean when he writes that God has "removed our transgressions from us"?   Practical help If David had written that God removed our transgressions as far as the north is from the south, what a different message would have been communicated! North, followed around the globe, becomes south. And south, followed far enough turns northbound. But eastbound traffic never becomes west bound traffic. For all of us who have placed our faith in Christ, God has removed our transgressions so far from us that they will never intercept us to bring us into judgment. Christian, you have been forgiven.
