What was the motivating factor behind the writer’s desire?   Practical help Someone once said that to know God is to love Him. A growing knowledge of God in relationship with Him makes the heart hungry for more. The writer wanted to know Him more; to walk in His truth. God’s work of salvation in his life had made all the difference. To walk in God’s ways is to walk in truth. The enemy works so hard to present other paths that imitate and distort truth. Web porn is one of those distorted paths. Its destination is loneliness and pain. God’s ways lead to freedom (see John 8:32) and joy. Consider your ways today. Where are you headed? Maybe you need to make a change toward knowing God more closely and to going His way. Look to Him today and don’t go any further down the porn path.
