death.

Question
How close are you to
giving up your battle against porn?
Practical
help
In his second letter to
the church at Corinth, Paul described his hard
missionary journey through Asia. It was so hard, in
fact, he thought he was going to die. Thus the verses
from 2 Corinthians 1 above.
No telling all that made the
journey through Asia so tough. But Paul's comments
could well describe our trek through today's
porn-infested culture. Some days, we may just want to
give up and die.
You? If you feel like throwing
in the towel in the smut battle, take heart from
Paul's comment to the Corinthians: He figures that he
and his companions went through hard times "that we
might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the
dead."
So, if you're on the brink of
giving in to porn, this is a good time to stop relying
on your strength and start hoping anew for God's power
to save the day.
Say to yourself what Paul must
have recited countless times in Asia: God "has
delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will
deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will
continue to deliver us...."
Friends, set your hope on God,
and stand strong!
We at eXXit along with the hosts
of heaven are cheering you on!
