Practical help
We all experience hunger in our lives at one time or another. This applies to us both in a physical and a spiritual sense. Of course we run to the fridge when we get the “hungries” and our bodies crave nourishment. But what do we do when our hunger is deeper and spiritual? Sometimes we seek to satisfy our hunger in the wrong places – like in the fridge of Web porn. Have you been filling yourself with the false delights of smut? You will not be satisfied there.
Jesus has good news for the hungry hearted. Those who take up His invitation to “Come to Him” find what their hearts are really hungry for. He fills and satisfies hungry and needy hearts. In a very real and personal way He knows what you need today and His invitation remains open for you to accept.
Go ahead and turn around. Close the door to the porn fridge and place your trust in the Lord Jesus to give you what your heart really is hungry for. You will be truly satisfied in Him. Who Jesus is, is what you need.
