Stubborn — or
stiff-necked — means clinging to something no
matter how dumb or dangerous it is.
But stubborn doesn't mean
inexplicable — lacking explanation or cause.
Stubborn stupidity can have reasons, such as grabbing
thrills or seeking attention.
Viewing porn is one of those
stubborn, stupid but explainable habits. It wreaks
havoc in your soul but fills a void, sort
of.
The Scripture above says that,
in the end, void-filling or other explanations for
stupidity won't save dumbness from
destruction.
The point being, you may have
"reasons" for viewing smut, but if you don't stop,
life as you know it will take a turn for the worse.
Loved ones will leave you, and that void in your life
— which porn tried to fill — will become
larger and unmanageable.
So, whatever your reason for
viewing porn, stop. If that's too hard to do, seek
help from godly friends or counselors.
Or prepare yourself for
destruction.
