How has God’s view of you changed as a result?   Practical help Before placing our trust in Jesus each of us was held captive by our sins and part of Satan’s dark domain. The moment the Lord Jesus entered our lives all of that changed forever. He rescued us and made us part of His own kingdom. We were powerless to do that on our own, and Jesus’ death on the cross on our behalf made it all possible. The Father now sees you as one who is forgiven in Christ, with all charges against you taken away forever. That means even your current struggles and failures with porn; lust and any other sexual sin are included in that. You are now free to turn from sexual sin and enjoy closeness with the Lord Jesus without fear of rejection or condemnation. Take heart today, and be strengthened by the fact that you have been given total forgiveness in Christ.
