Well, actually, we're not. That's because this is not rocket science. And the point made by the Apostle Paul in verse 19 isn't either. If you choose to let your heart harden, pretty soon your whole self hardens, or gets callous. And an acute case of callousness requires stronger and stronger doses of stimulation, just to feel anything. The more you stimulate, the less you feel. So you need more and more.   Does this hardening of the senses ring true with you? Today, just think seriously about whether verse 19 is talking about you.
