Welcome
to eXXit, the web site designed to help you stand
strong in the face of sexual temptation. Read the following
Bible passage, then answer the short questions. Consider
the comments at the end of the study. Passage:
Job
31:9-11* 10. then may my wife grind another man's grain, and
may other men sleep with her. 11. For that would have been shameful, a sin to be
judged. Questions 2. Is there a similarity between lurking at
someone's door and secretly viewing web porn? 3. The writer indicates that such "lurking" would
be the same as allowing other men to sleep with his
wife. Does this cause you to reconsider the impact of
your web porn visits on others you love? Helpful
hints If so, there is Good News! God can take away
that shame and replace it with peace and joy. Pray
that God will help you to overcome the temptation. He
has promised to help those who ask.

9. If my heart has been enticed by a woman,
or if I have lurked at my neighbor's door,
1. What is the best way to avoid being
enticed by another woman?
The writer says that it would be shameful for
him to be enticed by another woman. Maybe you are
feeling some of that shame because of your actions.
