In the face of this last weeks violent attack on America, do you doubt the existence of evil?   2. How does God view evildoers according to the passage above?   Practical help When we are violently assaulted, even just visually, our minds can begin to focus on the immediate injury. At this point we have a choice, either to play with the images or seek a bigger perspective. Remember that God is in control and that evil, although horrible for the moment, will be vanquished in the end. Evildoers who prey on the souls of others, whether they be terrorists or porn promoters, will not last forever. In the meantime, we are called to do good and resist evil.
