The Bible says he'll give you plenty without making you feel ashamed for asking (James 1:5). 2. Start by reading five minutes a day from the wisdom literature in the Bible. The book of Proverbs, close to the middle of the Bible, has plenty of good tips for avoiding trouble. 3. Get a friend to do likewise.
