If you want temptation, what should you do?   2. Your spirit desires deliverance, but what's the problem?    Practical help Jesus is in the Garden of Gethsemane. He asks three of His disciples to pray with Him because He knows that very soon soldiers will come to arrest Him, and He will be hung on a cross. Rather than praying, they fall asleep. When Jesus finds them He warns them to watch and pray. If you have viewed pornography recently, you need to pray for God's help. But there's more to it than this if you want to be free from it's temptation. You need to watch and pray ahead of the temptation. Ask the Lord to give you a proactive plan to remove pornography from your life.
