What can you do today to see the attitude of your mind change?   Practical help Because we are new creations in Christ, we now have the freedom to choose between dressing ourselves in our old self or our new self. The old has been corrupted by its own deceitful desires. The new has been created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. We know very well how intense the struggle to choose rightly can become when we’re tempted to click our way to Web porn. What will you choose today? Have you ever thought about how deceitful sexual temptation is? It promises to bring satisfaction and fulfillment, but leaves only an empty and frustrated feeling in the pit of the stomach. Will we become willing victims again today of our own deceitful lusts? God loves us and wants more for us than the hollow and devastating effects of pornography in our lives. It would seem that what we need most in this is to experience a renewal in the attitude of our minds. We need to put on a new tude in regard to our relationship to Christ. We are now free to walk with Him in righteousness and holiness. Meditating daily on God’s Word will help us port a new tude. Talking to Jesus about our struggle with pornography and entrusting it to Him will also help in amazing ways. Go ahead. Port a new tude.
