Question What is possibly our greatest need before God as human beings?   Practical help None of us can argue the fact that we have sinned in some way and come up short in regard to God’s perfect standard. We need to be honest and humble enough to admit that our Web porn use is sin. We are in need of not only God’s help for our struggle but also His forgiveness for our sin. Jesus died to secure our pardon. It’s a gift to us in His grace so that we can walk with Him in a different kind of life. “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed” (1 Peter 2:24). Our pardon, received in Christ, is not a license to keep logging on to Web porn sites. Rather, His pardon, complete and without cost to us, is intended to set us free from the power of sin. Take action right now, and do three things: 1. Rejoice in your pardon! 2. Turn your attention upon Jesus, and thank Him. 3. Resist the pull of porn by standing strong in Christ.
