life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in
accordance with the lusts of deceit,
23. and that you be
renewed in the spirit of your mind,
24. and put on the new
self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness
and holiness of the truth.

Practical help
It's like getting a new set of clothes. You take
off the old ones and put on the new. The old set is dirty and
corrupted by the desires and impulses of the flesh. Throw them away.
Porn or lust or any other sexual sin can be laid aside with the
old.
Christian friend, when you believed in Jesus Christ you
received a new nature just like His — created in righteousness and
holiness of the truth. That is what you can now put on each day and
each moment of the day. You now have the ability to make the choice as
you abide in Jesus!
Let your mind be renewed by this truth
