Nothing could be farther from the truth. Even if you view Web porn in an empty room, you are not alone. God sees. The best way to incorporate this reality into your world view may include letting another person see into your life. Find someone who can hold you accountable for not looking at Web porn, and tell that person the truth about your successes and failures.
