1. What does it mean to be "gentle" or "meek?"

Practical help

"Meek" is not "weak." You are weak when you succumb to pornography. Meekness is submitting to the power of God. When you do this, you will be living in His power and not your own.

A good picture of meekness is the horse that is broken in order to be ridden into battle. You are the horse the Lord wants to ride into battle for His kingdom. The earth can become your inheritance when you are safe enough to care for it justly. Remember, whenever you ask the Lord to give you a particular blessing, that it may be necessary for Him to change your character first so you will be able to handle the blessing appropriately.
