When there is congruity between what we say and what we do, our lives have "integrity." Integrity brings with it certain practical benefits. A boat with integrity floats. Likewise, a life of integrity doesn't sink. Chief among the benefits of a life of integrity are the rich fellowship we can enjoy with fellow Christians and the sense of knowing that we have been cleansed from our sins.
