What effects might different scents have on you?   2. What aroma does Paul spread wherever he goes?   Practical help Of all the physical senses, the olfactory sense may be the strongest. We are calmed or excited, nauseated, or reminded of past events by the sense of scent. The particular "aroma" I leave behind is related to the motivating priority in my life. When I am living for Jesus, the scent that lingers after I leave the room is that of the Gospel. When I am living for myself, people "smell" me. If I (or you) pursue porn, we leave behind a fragrance, but probably not the one we would wish. Christians want to make an impact for Jesus. Involvement with porn pretty well guarantees that we won't make maximum impact for Him.
