Practical
help
On many occasions I've
been afraid to trust what I've been given. The power
was there — it always is — I just didn't
have the courage to test my faith in it. The result of
this fear and hesitation: Porn wins, I lose.
Confident faith is much like a
muscle — it needs exercise to stay strong. If you
don't exercise your faith, it atrophies into a spirit
of timidity and becomes a breeding place for doubt and
failure.
Don't be timid with a porn
struggle. Exercise your faith at the "gym" of
temptation, and it will soon turn from weakness into
trusted power.
