strong in the face of sexual temptation.
Passage:
Psalm
25:4-5*
4. Show me your ways, O
LORD, teach me your paths;
5. guide me in your truth and
teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in
you all day long.
Questions
1. What do you think the
Lord's ways are? How about His paths (verse 5)?
2. Is God's truth different from
yours?
3. Why do you think God's truth
is worth being guided by and taught?
4. If God is your Savior, how
often is He available to guide and teach
you?
Practical
help
"If I only knew then what
I know now..." or "hindsight is 20/20..." are familiar
phrases for an all too familiar revelation: "I just
didn't know what the heck I was doing!"
Web porn addiction can often be
linked to not seeking true guidance when deciding if
it's right or wrong. Yesterday's
study showed you that
God can be trusted. Today you can know
that His ways and paths are true and that if
you know
Him as Savior He
will guide you and teach you. He can
take you off the path of web porn addiction and place
you on the path of truth and grace.
