Passage: Romans 5:19-21* 19. For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. 20. And the Law came in that the transgression might increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21. that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Questions 1. Whose obedience has resulted in righteousness for all who believe?   2. What is the limit of God’s grace?   Practical help If you have placed your trust in the Lord Jesus you’ll never have to worry about being righteous enough to please God. The righteousness of Jesus is now your righteousness as a gift to you for believing. You made the grade in God’s sight when you became a Christian because Jesus made the grade before you. That’s extreme grace! The Law — the written code — reveals that we have sinned and need God’s forgiveness. Where there is knowledge of sin, grace is always greater and sufficient for our need. God’s grace has no limits, no measure; its limit may be tested but never found. That’s extreme grace in Christ! My righteous and believing friend, the fact is that Jesus has lavished His grace upon your life. His grace is available for you today as you resist sexual temptation.
